WARRANTY
STORAGE SHEDS/BUILDINGS ONLY * We offer a 3 year warranty on materials and workmanship, under normal use and conditions. Natural disasters, Mother Nature, unusual conditions, acts of God, etc. are not covered.
* Repairs to foundation and building due to shifting or settling soil are not covered.
* All storage buildings must be painted with an exterior grade paint within 30 days of installation or the warranty will be voided.

(Our loafing sheds, barns, chicken coops, hay feeders, covers, patio covers or carports do not come with a warranty-due to the nature of their use with livestock/horses/etc...(We are not liable for any damage-weather related/daily use/etc..)
* If you choose to have us paint your building we will provide the caulk/rollers/brushes/sprayer but you provide the paint.
This allows you to choose the exact color you want!
* You (the customer) are responsible for acquiring the necessary building permits. (Construction generally takes 1 to 3 days depending on size/weather)
